What is the difference between the three collections?
Custom raw wigs are made to order from raw hair sourced from 1–2 donors, our longest-lasting tier. Virgin hair wigs offer high-end quality across full lace, frontal, closure and U/V-part constructions. Glueless wigs are ready to wear with transparent or HD lace and no adhesive.
How long will my wig last?
With good care: custom raw 12–24 months, virgin hair up to 18 months, glueless 6–12 months.
Can I customize colour and texture?
Yes. Custom raw and virgin wigs offer natural, dark and coloured options, and every texture in the shop can be requested. Glueless wigs come in natural black 1B with your choice of texture.
How long does a custom raw wig take?
Approximately 10 business days of production before shipping.
Can I return or exchange my wig?
Unopened, uninstalled wigs can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of delivery. Once a lace has been cut, a wig has been worn, or customization has begun, it is final sale. Hygiene items (liners, bands, adhesives) are always final sale. Refunds go to your original payment method. Full policy.
